Nope! CBD is non-psychoactive. Sometimes CBD is mixed up with THC—which will get you high—but they're completely different compounds.

Our Social CBD products contain only CBD isolate or distillate (from an industrial hemp source, required by law to test at under 0.3% for THC). We make sure our Social CBD products go beyond what's required and test at 0.0% for THC.

The common urine drug screen for THC-COOH is known to have very little cross-reactivity to other cannabinoids that are not psychoactive, such as CBD. Positive THC-COOH screening results should be followed up with secondary confirmation testing.

There is anecdotal evidence across the industry that false positive results have happened to some CBD-only users. There is a growing concern about the accuracy of urine drug screening given that CBD is legal to consume in nearly every state, but we cannot offer much more guidance than to look online for further resources that may help you in your situation.

CBD can interact with prescribed medications, so it's important to talk with your doctor before adding CBD into your routine.

Our products are made to federal regulations and contain less than 0.3% THC.

Return Policy: 

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products.  

  • Purchases made from entities other than our website are not eligible for a return credit or exchange. Please contact the retailer where the product purchase was made and inquire about their exchange or return policy. 
  • Items purchased directly from our website are eligible for a return or refund within 30 days of receipt.  
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. 
  • Please return via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. (Any shipping charges incurred for the return are the responsibility of the customer.) If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 
  • Our refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process after we receive the package. Please note it may take additional time to post to your financial institution.  

All returns on items purchased online will be processed in the form of electronic transaction credit to the card originally used to make the online purchase.

Sales tax will be applied per the regulation of your state at the point of online sale.

General Product Questions

Due to new federal legislation called the PACT Act, selling vape pens has become significantly more complicated. Unfortunately, as of March 27, 2021, we are unable to ship Social CBD vape products directly to our customers. As of August 2021, we are no longer producing these products.

Order & Shipping Questions

We offer free shipping on orders over $49.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay.

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email within an hour. Check your Junk/Spam email folders, as the order confirmation may go there. The order is processed through our Fulfillment Center and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of being received. Once your order ships and our systems are updated, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking email. Again, this email may go to your Junk/Spam email folders. Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail and are generally delivered 3-4 days after the shipment date. However, due to COVID-19, some shipments are taking longer to be delivered. We appreciate your patience.

All orders are shipped First Class Mail through the United States Postal Service.

Once your order ships, the order status in your account changes from Processing to Completed. Once our systems are updated, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. This email may go to your Junk/Spam folder.

Rewards & Referrals Questions

To redeem points make sure you are logged into your Social Account and select the number of points you want to use at checkout. You can also view your points balance anytime here.

Don't forget about us, because your points, rewards and your VIP tier expire 12 months from when you've earned them. Make sure you redeem points and place orders so that this doesn't happen.

Points are redeemed via a unique coupon code and can be applied to any non-sale item similar to how you would apply a promotion. Additionally, if you're logged into your Social CBD account you will see a dropdown at check out to apply points to your order. 

Nope! That's the best part! This is our way to thank you for being part of our family. You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online.

Oh no!! We want to make sure you get all your points, so please double-check that you were signed into your rewards account and didn't accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. There could also be a communication delay in our system and points could take anywhere from several minutes to several hours to appear in your account.

While your points expire 12 months after you've earned them, coupon codes expire 1 month from the date that you activate them. 

Subscribe & Save Questions

You can access your customer portal through your store account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your customer portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.


There are two ways to update your payment details.

Option 1 

1. Log into your customer portal. 

2. In the View your next order tab, click Edit payment method. Editing this will update the payment method for all orders, not only the next order. 


Option 2

  1. Log in to your customer portal.
  2. Click the Address & payment details tab and select manage payment methods
  3. Click Edit on the existing payment to update. 
  4. Select an option for how this payment method will be applied to orders, and fill out the form with the updated information.

 

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Login to your customer portal.
  2. Click the Manage subscriptions tab.
  3. Under the subscription you want to cancel, select Manage this subscription.
  4. Click Cancel subscription, then Cancel subscription again.
  5. Provide a cancellation reason and click Next, then confirm the cancellation by selecting Cancel subscription.

No, promo codes do not apply to subscriptions as the subscriptions are already discounted.

"Social CBD" provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account.

Discounts off Retail Price: One of the primary reasons your subscription price might differ is due to discounts. Our Subscribe & Save offers a discount off the retail price listed on our website. For example, if the retail price for a subscription is $42.99, you are offered a 30% discount, bringing your subscription price down to $30.09. We reserve the right to change our retail pricing of our products at any time, which may affect the base price of your subscription.

Technical Glitches and Introductory Offers: Occasionally, technical glitches or promotional offers might allow users to sign up for a subscription at a different price than the standard offering. While it may seem like a stroke of luck to secure a subscription at a lower price initially, it’s crucial to note that these prices are subject to change.

Reflecting Updated Subscription Terms: Another factor contributing to changes in your recurring price is the reflection of subscription terms. Changes in your recurring price might occur if there are updates or adjustments to these terms, such as additional features, enhanced services, or changes in operating costs. Therefore, your recurring price may fluctuate to align with the updated subscription terms.

Discounts get associated with an address and discounts added will be applied to all orders linked to that address as long as the coupon in valid.
